Big 5 Autonomy & Possible Creation of Division IV







If the NCAA decides to not give the Big 5 autonomy, expect them to separate from the NCAA and create a Division IV that will redefine college athletics and the "student" athlete as we know it.

They were pulled in to the big boy programs because of academic reputation. It was to make the money hungry football conferences look like they care about academics.

What is interesting is it allows all schools to adopt their rules, but there is no way we can afford some of these things that a UCF or USF probably can.
