What I find so weird about moves like this is that I'm pretty sure 98% of America has an opinion on abortion one way or another, so who are they trying to convince? It's not the sort of issue you really waver on, you're in or you're out, that's pretty much it. Tim Tebow is not helping me decide on something like this, and it frightens me that there are people in this world that would have a sports figure help them make such a decision.

It's like going to dinner with someone that wants to spout on about politics all night, I've made my choice already bro, no matter what you say about Doug Stanhope I'm not taking my vote back!

Now, back to the drawing board on that best man's speech I'm giving next weekend! Don't be surprised if you get a call from Lance Armstrong there Mr. Owlcountry, you've ruined a great chance for me to raise some money.

Very well stated. If Tebow was pushing a juicer in an infomercial at 2:00 in the morning I might be inclined to bite, but the abortion issue is no impulse buy.

Not to get into a religious debat at alll…but this is RIDICULOUS.  Is Tebow going to do an anti-gay ad  next?  Maybe follow that up with a bashing of Juduism during the NFL draft show? 

Tebow speaks out about the commercial:

"I mean, some people won't agree with it, you know, but I think they can at least respect that I stand up for what I believe," said Tebow.

"I'm just standing for something and, you know, I've always been very convicted of it one. That's the reason why I'm here because my mom is a very courageous woman."

What gets lost in the message is that Tebow's mom had a choice.

haha yeah there was this big controversy surrounding the ad and all he did was tackle his mother. It was the only time it was on. I haven't seen it since. Pretty dumb commercial
