Did you just say you were not going support the program if we had kids like that. For this non stop bashing of UF for this problem is lame the truth is EVERY SCHOOL in the country has players drink alcohol underage and do dumb things when you go to UF you are just more likely to be cought

Its not my bashing thats non stop…its the articles about more UF athletes arrested thats non-stop.  Yes, I would be embarassed to be a FAU alumn if these articles were coming out every other day.

And why would you be more likely to get caught at UF?  Stupid argument.

The difference UF has had way more than their fair share the last few years, and that's a fact.

Seriously! I don't know what's harder to tolerate, the weak argument or the pathetic spelling/grammar…you're in college dude, pick it up.

On the argument note…you know "for a fact" that we have the same problems??? Seriously, point me to the most recent article noting an FAU player UNDER ARREST for smoking weed in a parking lot/stealing cash from a bar/beating and or threatening his girlfriend. In fact, why don't you show me ONE article like that. Are you saying that the police in Palm Beach County don't care as much about FAU football to not arrest our players? It's not like kids are posting on Facebook that these guys are smoking weed man, they are getting ARRESTED for doing it in public.

Do college football teams have to try and manage the players "extra curricular" habits? Of course they all do. But I have yet to read about one of our players getting arrested for that. Most recent memory for an FAU player in trouble was Snoop Gent and he was acquitted…but it wasn't for weed, it was a girlfriend thing.

Many big time programs just care more about individual ability and wins rather than individual good character. After all, the Coaches and their staffs with their multi-million dollar contracts require those wins - at all costs.
Look at UM just down the road, Shannon tried to change the gang like culture there and lost his job for it, even with a winning record!
