You know.  As much as the FIU folks think so highly of their academics down there, and with all there success with athletics. It just got me thinking. We should just let FIU be the Sun Belts Vanderbilt or Duke.  Ah never mind, they would just let that go to their heads and would just get annoying. 

That's terrible about his collar bone. I feel bad for him… although football is a rough sport and as a QB you're pretty much the number one guy that everyone wants to tackle.

Really? Only two points? Jeez.

Give Vanderbilt some credit, they did beat South Carolina when they were No. 6.
They had reputable programs, there's no comparison.

Vanderbilt and Duke have very strong academics, as well, a la Rice, Northwestern and so forth. (Not quite to Stanford's level, or key schools in the Ivy League, but very impressive, nonetheless.)  I would not put FIU in that category.

I guess we can finally take this poll down. Too bad. I was hoping for 0-36.
