Baseball America's April 13th listing now has the Owls on the move…
College Station anyone??
1. Texas A&M^
2. Florida Atlantic
3. Cal State Fullerton
4. Oral Roberts*
* = Automatic Bid
Projected Field Of 64 (April 13) - BaseballAmerica.com
Also, of note is this comment, although not seeing it logistically for FAU:
Whichever team emerges from among Florida Atlantic, Rice and Southern Mississippi as the regular-season champ of Conference USA should have a strong chance to host, especially if it doubles up by winning the league tournament.Posted On: Apr 14th 2016, 8:02 AM #355722
Cal State Fullerton plays very tough ball, and Texas A&M is also very tough opponet. I rather have Gainesville or Coral Gables then.

I like the idea of playing outside the state. History has shown us how it usually works out playing in state. When they shipped us to Tuscaloosa, we went to the Super regional. Then there was a few years ago when we nearly pulled off the impossible in UNC.

I live in Wake Forest and I was at those region games, except the Sunday night, extra inning game against UNC. What a weekend, those Tar Heels fans we sweating!!

One thing needs to be said, if we beat UM again (which could very well happen), then there is NO WAY we should be in Coral Gables as a two seed.

Three hour lag would be a KILLER, hopefully they nudge further east after we WIN THE TOURNAMENT!

I would rather be out west than have to beat the gators or canes twice.
