AND at Oklahoma, minus Mayfield. So a perfect season looks a bit "challenging" to me! But 10-2 or 11-1 would be great. Coach K knows that EVERY season in today's unrealistic world of College football EXPECTATIONS that tons of BIG new jobs open up. EVERY YEAR!

Coach K, stay and build your reputation, YOUR program, even build YOUR DYNASTY without the backstabbing that happens at basically ALL Power 5 programs! They are all just so full,of themselves!

With Miami's bubble burst they will come back down to earth and FAU under YOU will get the recognition it deserves locally as well as Nationally, we beat the U at that level now already thank to you Coach! The FAU Lane train with become even more powerful given time!!!!!

As mentioned multiple times, the key is to be in (or an "others receiving votes") to start the season.  With all the talent we have coming back, and with a good showing against a good team in a bowl, facing Oklahoma in the first game and Kiffin's recognition ****should*** have us in that position as next season cranks up.  They always like to keep the teams they projected to be good stay in the top-25 club unless they totally fall apart.

I just started a thread along these lines, with one of the thoughts being a "Motor for Heisman" campaign.

This needs to be fully planned out and must begin in the preseason.  Don't sit back and try to roll something out at the last minute - there was some buzz this year, so take hold of that and get some early season seeds planted.

Well Fresno lost AT Boise (sucks for them, winning the head to head but due to BOISE'S deal with the MW THEY got the home game! So Fresno won't be top 25 anymore but Boise will just get their spot with 3 point win at home. WE DOMINTATED N. Texas AGAIN and are getting lots of pub for that AND Mr. Franklin's "oops" moment. Man is he fast!

Awesome article, and lends to some of the posts and topics I've made this morning.

Planning for next season starts today.

A potential top 25 preseason pick, a potential Heisman dark horse candidate, potentially the hottest commodity coach on the sideline, tons of returning players, tons of assistant coaches returning (do you see anyone leaving this close knit, family and player oriented awesome group?), a full year in the system, etc.

For the first time saying "just wait until next year" isn't about trying to forget this year.
