FINAL:

UTEP 13  Southern Miss 31

The Miners are not only struggling, but need to seriously look at participating at this level going forward.

The league needs to consider that notion as well. Their membership is not productive.

They had 2.3 YPC on the ground for the contest behind 23 attempts with a 63 yard scamper from QB Kai Locksley washed away from the total.

FINAL:

Louisiana Tech 23  Rice 20 OT

The other Owls (-9 dogs) held the ball for 28 minutes longer than their counterpart and still couldn't get it done.

Feel bad for them, their 0-5 start is much better the record indicates.

OUCH!!! Another BAD week for CUSA with an 0-4 OOC record.

0-1 vs. Big10 and worse 0-3 vs. American. Only ODU was competitive and that was against a weak ECU with them only having not one (1) but two (2) FCS wins to show for til Sat.!!!

There for the taking Owls - DO IT!!!!!
