"Up Close" with Willie Floyd

williefloydheadshotslider

After missing the 2009 season with a shoulder injury, Willie Floyd is looking to come back and stay healthy for the Owls. The speedy redshirt-junior running back stands at 5’9” and 180 pounds, but that hasn’t prevented him from returning kicks as a change-of-pace runner out of the backfield. Floyd has rushed for a career 196 yards and returned 26 kicks for an 18.7 yard average. One of the fastest players on the Florida Atlantic roster, Floyd has big play potential every time he touches the ball.

Floyd recently sat down with us for “Up Close”.
