Impressive run and catch by @mitchhartigan24 in foul territory to end an early threat from the Monarchs!#ODU 0 - #FAU 0 | E1 | @LealLaw pic.twitter.com/nsU16Gwkvo

We're still scoreless through three. Magrann would later record the Owls' first hit of the day, and steal second himself before a ground out ended the inning.
Yeeesh! @ShaneMagrann17 with the gun down, catching the would-be stealer going for second. The kid can throw a lazer!#ODU 0 - #FAU 0 | E3 | @LealLaw pic.twitter.com/b2qe9Rj8mu

The Owls had the bases juiced, with one, sitting on a 3-0 count. BJ Murray saw the count get worked to 3-2, then grounded into an easy 4-6-3 double play. Unbelievable.
.@jariver68 is out here wheelin' and dealin' Between the Berms! The Orlando native has faced 21 Monarchs, retiring all but five.

Meanwhile, the Owls bats squander a bases loaded opportunity with a double play.#ODU 0 - #FAU 0 | E6 | @LealLaw
