Owl fans got some unexpected good news Monday night when wide receiver Kobe Stewart became a late edition to FAU football's class of 2020.
Stewart was committed to Arizona State up until January 10th before questions surrounding eligibility led to his commitment.
When Stewart recently became a full NCAA qualifier FAU wasted no time offering the Narbonne High School standout and quickly landed his pledge.
Stewart is only the second high school wide receiver in FAU's 2020 class, joining Justin McKithen.
Stewart's announcement officially moves FAU into the number one class ranking for Conference USA.
