He was never coming here and he is not in prison.  In fact, he hasn't been charged with anything yet; per the article you linked the charges are only recommended at this time.

Now, according to multiple outlets, those players — Callaway, Scarlett, receiver Rick Wells, defensive lineman Jordan Smith, offensive lineman Kadeem Telfort, linebacker Ventrell Miller, linebacker James Houston, defensive lineman Richerd Desir-Jones and defensive lineman Keivonnis Davis. could be charged with felony fraud. Right, because going to FAU automatically means you will stay out of trouble.  Stupid move, pay the consequences and learn from it.  If he had a draft stock, hard to imagine it didn't take a huge tumble.

Now he can save his legs and he can start carrying East Mississippi Community College instead of carrying FAU.  Because we all know his career is done at UF.  It's all part of the master plan.

I am sorry he and the others were stupid. This mistake "could" cost him jail time and an education - pretty bad!

if he is lucky he gets a deal and does JUCO before one last year at Auburn or Bama! :Smug:

Minimum, gonna cost him potentially million$ - sad!
