Florida high school sports | Hawks trio lands offers
For those that don't know, Armwood is a state and national powerhouse when it comes to football. Located in Seffner (agriculture community some 30 miles East of Tampa), Armwood has played many games in ESPN, as well as played and won many state titles (they're playing for states tomorrow against Miramar). I went to school at (Wesley Chapel) Wiregrass Ranch with Brandon Teeling, and he's a complete monster. Not too sure about the other two kids, but if they're from Armwood, they gotta be good.
So far, I like how hard Pelini is hitting recruiting, shows that he's willing to go through the not so fun stuff to help this program.

I know some say that is not how to build a program - look at ANY BIgSix program though - it fills IMMEDIATE NEEDS and hopefully NEVER allows major gaping holes to bring a progam down. Something we have had problems with every year the past three years (nearly entire D one year, entire O line one year, all receivers and qb last year).
Top programs use this to, as they say, reload, and stay on the winning record, bowl eligible side of the win-loss ledger. Keeps the extra bowl cash flowing in, keeps the team practicing and keeps the fans and donors happy.
