C-USA Football: Games for Week of September 24, 2022

With one final week before conference action really ramps up, Week Four will see one league game, a number of power five matchups and one FCS tilt. All teams will be on the field aside from UAB who will be on their bye. The Miners will kick-off the action on Friday. Below is the full slate for the period.


FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 23

Boise State at UTEP (CBSSN) 8 pm


SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 24

FIU at WKU (CBSSN) 3:30 pm

Middle Tennessee at No. 25 Miami (FL) (ACC Network) 3:30 pm

North Texas at Memphis (ESPN+) 3:30 pm

Texas Southern at UTSA (Stadium) 3:30 pm

Rice at Houston (ESPN+) 6 pm

LA Tech at South Alabama (ESPN+) 7 pm

FAU at Purdue (Big Ten Network) 7:30 pm

Charlotte at South Carolina (ESPNU) 7:30 pm

UTEP is a 16 point dog tonight…after a quarter of play it's 3-0 Broncos.

On a side note, interesting helmet change with the 915 over the pick.

Miners take the lead late in the 2nd…

Everyone has penciled this team in as a win for FAU (74.3%).

(might want to rethink that)

UTEP is up 27-10 late in the 4th after 9:00+ drive…barring a defensive meltdown this looks to be going the Miners way.
