AAC is silently/not so silently flying under the radar in MBB. Personally  ,if everyone remains healthy, watch for a FAU-Memphis final that should be more like a sweet 16 match up. Love college sports.

That's the plan!

Hopefully 3 or 4 other schools will power up over the next couple of years. 4 bids every year should be our goal.

Yeah I love this. I don't mind flying under the radar either. Keep the pressure low.

If anybody's interested in watching the Tigers, we tip off in a couple of minutes.

Tigers a 30 point favorite and it's a 10 point game midway through the 2nd half…hope we aren't in that position tomorrow but who knows. These teams are going to play with all they have considering what is on the line from both a pride and RPI perspective.

Of course the Tigers produce a 9-0 run in less than a minute just after I posted that...lol

The Tigers stunk it up tonight, but still was able to pull out a 17 pt win.

Tulane had a solid win 92-57 over Sacramento St.

What's got me shocked is Wichita State getting thumped by Liberty 73-56 with 4:19 left on the clock.

They hit their FTs… 73-58.

I think FAU is playing very disciplined basketball out of the gate. The benefit of returning players who've played together.

Just an FYI… Michigan and Arkansas both lost tonight at home.

Long Beach St 94
Michigan 86

UNC Greensboro 78
14 Arkansas 72

We play Michigan next week in Game 1 of Battle for Atlantis.

Win or lose we face the winner or loser of Arkansas/Stanford.

North Carolina and Villanova are on the other side of the bracket.

Liberty is looking like a really good team and might help our OCS schedule if we grab that win. Might even be a Quad 1 win with the way they're climbing.

Kenpom has us up to 24 already from 37 and I suspect we'll keep rising if we keep playing well

They are a smaller slower version of us...which is good from a match-up point of view given the style familiarity it provides.
