They have a good team this year. Obviously still bad to lose like this so much. But it’s not like losing to them in football. Their baseball team is good this year.

Lol. Nah I know this.  I was saying that with a bit tongue in cheek.  In Carolina unc charlotte (which they hate being called by the way) is kinda like the annoying little brother demanding they be respected even though they've never done anything to earn it.  

But yeah in all reality they are pretty decent this year.  I envy their pitching staff this year, however I think we made their offense look better than it actually is.  

Good job rick. Baseball is easy to figure out once you break down the numbers.  The 49ers  are exposing our weaknesses. This owls club has some great features.  But it also has some glaring weaknesses.  We just need to try and get better every day.

Two catcher lineup, Cade Parker getting a look at second base, should be in for a good one today. Let's see if the Owls can close out the series on a high note.

Owls went up 5-3 in the 5th from a Caleb Pendleton RBI groundout, where he looked safe when the first baseman had to jump off the bag to snag the throw, but the 49ers got a little bit of help in the bottom half by the Umps. They lucked out on a called ball-four that even the biased Charlotte announcer thought was in the strike zone that should've been the third out and picked up an extra run to take a 6-5 lead.
