We'll he did it any other of the 127 D-1 schools I wouldn't have cared at all. Going to scUM rubs salt in the wound.
Now I wish him the absolute worst in his career f*** him and f*** the UM and there garbage bandwagon fan base.
Scarlett hey when there are 20k at a conference game in the middle of October your going to wondering if this program really won five national titles.
And do not be surprised to you have 3 coaches in five years. The coach there now almost left for a school on probation.
I hope we crush you in 2015 I mean crush you to the point where you can't play anymore.

Stop following recruiting.

Jordan thinks that the u won't abuse his body like FAU would. He should have spoken to Duke Johnson, or Portis or any number of repaired Miami RB's. I hope it works out for him.

Sounds like he really does not want to be a feature back by not wanting to abuse his body. NFL scouts and Coaches will definately frown on that attitude!

He should want the ball 30 touches a game!

Good luck Jordan in all you do, just wish you WANTED to be the feature back of the OWLS!

How many Miami recruits in the last decade have said, "we're going to bring the U back"?

What competitive athlete in any sport talks like that? "I need to protect my body for the NFL." Competitive athletes want to put everything on the line every day.  The kid is only 17 and he is talking like this?  These kids have been told how great they are their whole short lives.  When they start believing it themselves, is where they go wrong.

That sounds like something he was told by another recruiter to decommit from FAU. He's young so he is also probably very impressionable.

Exactly. That's what I meant about athlete's not talking like that.  That is someone who is repeating what Miami is telling him.  He will change his mind again.  He will go visit S. Carolina and they will do the same thing UM did to us.  They will say why would you go to the ACC when all the top athletes go to the SEC.  Then he will visit another SEC school and they will say why would you waste your career playing for SC, if you are going to the SEC you may as well play for the best…and so it goes…

It is not unexpected from 17 year olds.  Personally, I would rather go after less talent with more mental strength.  That is not a knock on Jordan, he is probably the norm for that age.  I have heard he is a great kid. I wish him the best, but I think we move on.

Why?  Its half the fun of college football.

Teambeer is the most knowledgeable FAU sports fan I know, way smarter than me.
