Florida Atlantic football is retooling their depth at wide receiver with the addition of former Texas A&M receiver Devin Price, who will transfer to Boca Raton.
Price is a three-year veteran who has continued to progress in his game throughout his time with the Aggies. He was most involved with the team last season, making four receptions for a total of 52 yards. His best game was against Auburn last November when he caught two passes for 42 yards, his longest being a 25-yarder. He finished his time at Texas A&M with five receptions for 59 yards in 30 appearances.
247Sports listed him as a three-star prospect coming out of A&M Consolidated High School. He was excellent in showcasing his receiving ability by making 31 catches for 632 yards and 14 touchdowns. His talent garnered him offers from Syracuse, UTSA, North Texas, and Texas Tech until he enrolled at Texas A&M in 2020.
Price chooses the Owls after initially committing to App State in February, two months after he entered the transfer portal in December.
He could be in the fold for some reps in the starting rotation within the receiving unit.
