Taking a QB when you already have 4 - two that are RS freshman - is stupid. Unless they're looking at what they'll need next year and can' t take 2 like usual.

So we'll have 5 QBs next year? And they are all scholarship players? I'm no recruiting coordinator, but that doesn't make much sense…does it?

Most important position on the field...have to trust the decision.......

I think it's a situation where they really like the quarterback, and have space in the class…

One of the few areas I trust our coaches lately is our QB so I'll go with it..Also, just saw on twitter that some guy named "Josh Grady" was made an offer from FAU. Some of the other schools offering are Minnesota, Temple and Vandy..and who says we don't go after guys that BCS schools want. (I say that, I say that alot  ;D)

Ha,  that kid has like 20 offers, but its nice to see we threw our hat in the ring.

On the upside, this is the second time we've recruited a designated "double threat" quarterback (Curtis was the first, Kane would be the second). I'm all for this.

I believe the coaching staff likes to recruit one QB in every class…getting two the year before was more about the quality of the prospects at the time.

I just don't think it's necessary unless someone transfers out. As of right now he's # 5 on the depth chart behind 2 RS Freshman. So he'll play when he's a SR? I'd rather wait until next season to get a QB so when he starts at least it'll be more than a season.

I know Vancamp only played 1 year, or 1 1/2 because of an injury to Rusty. It's going to get harder and harder to get QB's when they know they may only play 1 season
