Thank you for posting teambeer. What I love the most is Charlie's message to the troops. He needs more credit for building a solid team and solid ethics into our OWL FAMILY!!!!  No doubt that Kiffin benefited from Charlie's recruiting. GO OWLS!!!

Looking back…this was a very talented team.  Man, they underperformed.

I'm having a hard time remembering but… I don't know. Was there a game where JJ could have taken a knee and we would have won? But he didn't. And we didn't. I'm pretty sure that's at least close to the truth.

You are probably thinking of the game at Wyoming (2014) where FAU lead 19-17 with a little over 2 minutes to play and FAU (JJ) fumbled the ball on the Wyoming (3 TO remaining) 9 yard line trying to run the clock out.
Wyoming drove down the field with a long pass completion, kicks the game winning FG to win 20-19.
There have been some tough losses over the years, but this one is high up there on my list of heartbreakers.
