Post

Unfortunately next week in Houston I think they'll be playing for nothing more than pride and to end the season on a good note

Tulane 45, FAU 10. We fire Charlie Frye. Bobby Petrino might be available.

I'm totally fine if we become a basketball school. I'm happy to be any kind of school, compared to when I attended and my friends at UF told me FAU stood for Find Another University.

Bobby Petrino…….. holy god just throwing names to name names.

I do not get the firing of the coordinators.

Ever think of a lot of the problem is just switching OC's to switch OC's.

How did three in three years work for Taggart?

People can complain about coaches until the sun rises but until FAU gets competitive in the NIL market in the AAC you can fire every one every year and it will not matter.

Think Pratt stayed at for the love of the school or SMU got Jaylen Knighten because a Deerfield kid just loved the idea of living in Dallas?

Sure FAU is basketball school now, but like every other mid major in basketball and G5 football FAU is losing a coach away from regressing to the mean.

Agree totally!
NIL will shape the way teams progress in the future and FAU are on the short end of NIL giving.

Fight, fight, and fight. That's all I'll ask for the Owls on both sides of the ball when they take on the Green Wave. How they played against East Carolina was very disappointing, but I believe they will bounce back with a much better showing.

However, they'll have to prove me wrong tomorrow if they really want to continue fighting for bowl eligibility for another week. There is a reason Tulane has played so well to the point that they are ranked 17th in the latest AP poll, and the gap in talent between the two teams will show down the stretch. Wish FAU the best of luck, but I don't think it'll be a one-score game.

This team I feel has no identity, and our offensive play calling is atrocious with so so qb play.  Our defense may keep us in this close at first but will be gassed with every terrible series by the offense. We can compete but we are missing something, we have no heart and no spirit.   The line for Tulane has been inflated all season long. I feel if we had a competent QB we would have a chance.  The line on espn is -9 and o/u 47.5 I say we keep it close for pride sake but lose a low scoring ugly game. 21-14. The under is the play for this game.
