They dropped a heart breaker in OT on Saturday. They have to wait for the voters, but it might be a long shot to get back to regionals.

FAU plays one last game this year - an exhibition against Miami at the BankAtlantic Center (Panthers arena). The game is this Thursday at 1 pm.

Just wanted to mention that FAU Hockey is right around the corner. It's a pretty light schedule during the first half of the year, but first home game is two weeks from Friday. Check out www.fauhockey.com for more information.

First game of the season is less than two weeks away. Can't wait.

Trailing 3-1 after one and 4-2 after two, FAU comes back to tie in the final minute before winning in a shootout over Embry Riddle, on the road, to start the season. The teams play again tonight, and the Owls have the home opener against very strong USF next Friday night.

Nice! Good job not giving up down 2 in the 3rd period. Tough to over come 2 goal deficits and then on top of that win in the shootout.

Do you guys have OT first than a shootout or straight to a shootout?
