FAU has chosen the three finalists for who will build the stadium, and there will be a meeting July 15 at 9 a.m. in the Campus Operations Building.More on this later. FAU still has to raise a ton of money by the end of August to make the stadium happen for 2010, so the next couple months are critical.

Like they said, they want to get the design work done so that won't be a hold-up to potentially opening in 2010. EVerybody I talked to in administration is very confident it will open in 2010, so that's a good sign.

I figure even if we dont have the money, moving forward shows we are serious and companies will become progressively more interested....I think UCF didnt have their sponsor until pretty far into the process.
