if there's a 400 person waiting list, why not finish one building and open it? seems like a no brainer if the construction around it wouldn't be too loud for the people living there. Seems like the way they're going 6 more months of this, the entire thing can be done.

The dorms look great! I'm encouraged by the progress.

Exit: I'm not sure if there is that large of a demand in the spring (like there is in the fall). Don't quote me on that though. I'm thinking that the fall semester is when the waiting list is created, and those that don't get in, sign one-year leases on apartments.

yeah, just seems like there's a demand for them and if they're available i'm sure they could fill up a wing…transfers, people coming back from being abroad, stuff not working out. just seems like there could be a wing that could be filled up.

Another 1200 people on campus a year from now will really help with athletics overall in my opinion. its probably another couple hundred at b-ball games.

Hope they fill up in a hurry so that phase II can begin in the near future. The north end of campus is gonna be so different and so cool!

Get the students in there and let them watch the stadium climb next to them and start to build the on-campus excitement about our ON-CAMPUS 30,000 seat STADIUM!

Hell Yeah, I wish I had this going on when I was there. Just as I graduated, Howard started roaming the breezeway with his stump… "football is coming!"

And now all this, very exciting… one of the few reasons I wish I still lived in south florida.

I was there way before that, ouch!!! Do you think they might offer a season ticket discount to former Owl flag football players from way back in the 70's???  We played where the baseball team plays now. I think we actually were the foundation for the program, not Howard - ha ha ha ha ha!

GO OWLS form up here in GEORGIA - recruit more up here and we will win more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
