Where is that Stadium?

Personally, I would love to see Lockhart sold out for the last game of the season next year. Then after the game all the fans are allowed to tear it down...rusted column by rusted column. Man would that be fun!!!

I definitely think they could do it. I'm eager to know who is going to step up for naming rights.

No, it was worded ambiguously in the other post.

We need $10 million total… we have $2 million… that puts us $8M short. That's why he said we have $2M and we need $8M. So we're only 20% there.

Hmmm…i dunno "who" makes these numbers up, etc…but personally, im going with a longshot here and even saying that if we get 6.2M committed, they will move dirt for a 2009 completion…

10% is more than enough to get going in real estate…they simply want to minimize the risk of the deal falling through…

once that is out of the way, the "careful" folks come out of the woodwork to join in…

Not to bust your jobs Florida_Owl…but 10% is for Residential…20% is typical in commercial. Either way, I agree with you, I think we will get it done.  ;D
