I think we need to beat a DI basketball team before giving us ANY credit.

I dunno Walty, the line was 17 points.

Also, the front court looked the best it has in probably 11 years…

They covered a spread, this is Jarvis's 5th year…I want wins.  There were games in the recent past our frontline was incredible with Royster and C White, I wouldn't say these guys are better quite yet.

BC was 0-3…lets beat a few DI teams.

Kore White played 3 good games the entire time he was here, literally THREE GAMES. Those three games he looked like he was headed to the NBA but the rest of the time he was uninterested and lazy. I'd take Sammy Hernandez over Kore!  :Big-Grin:

If we could get Kelvin to develop like Brett Royster, we'd have a great weapon there. If. Dragan and Ze German get comfortable and keep playing like Sunday we'll be just fine.

"Win conference games"

You did see that the team picked 7th in CUSA lost to Duke by 9 and had them playing on their heels all night last night?? We lost to Duke by 33.

This team has been a surprise with how hard and well they have played at times. But they still haven't won a D1 game and are playing in a conference where the 7th best team plays Duke tough.

What's the point?   Any team can play anyone else tough for a single game.  I wouldn't put much too much stock into it.

Didnt that team with Corey/Kore and Royster win 20 games?  I'd be shocked to see this team win more than 10.

Teambeer is the most knowledgeable FAU sports fan I know, way smarter than me.

Combined, they averaged 16.5 points, and 11 rebounds per game.

20.1 points and 13.8 rebounds so far the duo of Raffington and Sekelja.

Of course Royster contributed blocks as well. And don't get me wrong, would take Brett ANY day of the week.

But, like you said, we'll see…
