Yes, FAU had a press conference today and informed everyone that Coach McCormack and catcher Abraham have both been battling cancer.

Initially Coach didn't want his out there, but decided that today he would tell everyone at one time since there had been a number in inquiries.

Thank you for clearing that up.

With the season just a few days away, Coach Mac announced the weekend rotation. Very good untested arms  with Rhodes being the exception. Brandon has started some big games for us and will start another big one this weekend. Time will tell if the arms are as good as expected. Always the great unknown. Already thinking of and missing Gene Mac.

Coach Johnny Mac won't be traveling with the team to Mississippi this weekend. Turning the team over to two qualified guys. The team also already know what is expected. This team won't let the Head Baseball Coach down.
