Through their first four games, the Owls have tallied just eight total runs. This is in stark contrast to last season's mark of 18 runs through the same number of contests.
Kylee Hanson tossed a complete effort shut-out in game one against the Wolf Pack, but Amanda Wilson once again took the loss in the second contest for Florida Atlantic.
Trailing 1-0, the Terriers score three unearned runs in the top of the seventh of game two which were aided by two Owl errors.
After back-to-back double headers for the first two days of the season, the team will play single games on both Saturday and Sunday against Bethune Cookman and Michigan State at 8:15 PM and 1:30 PM respectively.
