The Florida Atlantic University volleyball team was swept by Troy on Senior Day at the FAU Arena.
The Trojans (10-22, 2-13) got off to a solid start in the first set posting a 52% sideout percentage en route to 25-17 victory. Natasha Kolunija led Troy with five kills in the first set.
Troy continued to keep momentum in the second set, defeating the Owls 25-16 as Kolunija added eight more kills and Megan Henderson recorded 11 assists.
The third set was a back-and-forth affair but the Trojans were able to prevail 25-23.
The Owls (13-18, 4-11) were paced by Anne Vaughan who had 15 kills in the match. Joanne Marras Tate also had a solid match and tallied 29 assists.
