MTSU game will show where FAU stands

After a confidence-shattering win-that-felt-like-a-loss against Wagner, FAU heads into battle Saturday against a legit opponent, and the same big questions linger.

Can this O score points? 7 against Wagner felt like 0. Add the four turnovers, and you have an O that is still very suspect.

Can this team beat a Belt team, something the were unable to do last season.

And add that Graham Wilbert is back at starting QB, and you have reason for worry.

FAU is also on the road in Murfreesboro.

None of this adds up to a win.

I am thinking MTSU 24, FAU 13.

Hope I am wrong, but I will be studying pharmacology and won't be able to pay much attention to the game. I have new priorities this season.

Later....
